MSUs and MIPS for IBM z9-109 Servers

I have done some analysis with the public information from IBM's website. In particular the IBM Announced MSUs are what I refer to as Software MSUs and are available from the IBM eServer zSeries Software Pricing Website. The SRM constants are available from the IBM Workload Manager for z/OS page (in the left nav bar use Processor version codes and SRM constants) and these can be used along with the number of engines to calculate what I refer to as the Hardware MSUs. Based on past experience I multiple the Hardware MSUs by 5.7 to estimate MIPS.
